TWO WAYS TO SCULPT
Strength looks different every day. Some days call for movement, endurance, and a little more heat. Others call for heavier weights, slower reps, and more intention.
At KORE, Sculpt comes in two distinct formats:
Heated Sculpt and Heated Strength.
Both are low-impact, full-body classes heated to approximately 95°F, with thoughtful programming designed to challenge you in different ways.

HEATED SCULPT
Our signature Sculpt class combines low-impact, faster-paced movement with resistance training to challenge both muscular and cardiovascular endurance. Expect intentional intervals, time under tension, and continuous full-body movement designed to build strength while keeping impact on the joints low.
Heated to approximately 95°F with weights up to 12 lbs.

HEATED STRENGTH
A slower, strength-focused class built around heavier resistance and intentional movement. Expect controlled, muscle-focused exercises designed to challenge each major muscle group, build strength, and support muscle development, metabolic health, and longevity. More load, more recovery, and a greater focus on form and mind-muscle connection.
Heated to approximately 95°F with weights up to 25 lbs.
WHY INFRARED HEAT?
Our heated Sculpt classes use infrared heat to warm the body more directly, creating a deep, comfortable heat while you move. The added warmth helps muscles feel more pliable, supports circulation, and creates an extra layer of challenge as you work through class. Expect to sweat, feel warm from the inside out, and leave feeling strong and energized.

What to expect
When to arrive
What to bring
HEATED SCULPT brings the pace with lighter weights, higher reps, intervals, and continuous movement.
HEATED STRENGTH slows things down with heavier resistance, controlled reps, and intentional recovery designed to build strength and muscle.
Two different ways to train. One really well-rounded routine. Expert coaching, high energy and a playlist that never misses.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before class starts. This gives you time to check in, settle in, and ask any questions you might have with your instructor. There are cubbies located before you enter the room where you can leave your belongings.
Be sure to bring your own yoga mat, a water bottle, and we suggest removing any jewelry for comfort. We recommend leaving large purses or big coats in the car as there is limited space for personal items in the cubbies.
We’ll provide small towels, but if you prefer, bring a full-sized yoga mat towel, great for absorbing sweat during those extra challenging classes!
If you happen to forget your yoga mat or yoga towel, no worries, we have both available for rent at the front desk for a fee of $4.
