What to bring
Get ready for a high-energy, full-body workout led by one of our certified Lagree instructors. The Megaformer may look intimidating at first, but don’t worry... with just 3–5 beginner classes, you’ll feel confident with the moves, the cues, and the burn (in the best way). Each class is designed to leave you feeling stronger, leaner, and totally accomplished. Beginner classes are called "LAGREE LEVEL 1" when booking.
Make sure to arrive 15 minutes early so we can give you a quick Megaformer orientation, answer questions, and make sure you’re set up for success.
• Grip socks with covered toes are required (they keep you safe + the machines clean).
Don’t have a pair yet? You can purchase a pair in-studio or through our app.
• A water bottle because you’ll want to rehydrate between moves.
• Please remove rings + hand jewelry before class to protect both you and the equipment.

How our scheduling works
Here’s the scoop before you book! If you’re a member, you’ll get first dibs -schedules open for you 30 days ahead of time. If you’re a class pack holder, drop-in guest, or trial explorer, your window opens 14 days out. Plus, you can peek ahead at the broader schedule up to three months in advance, so you always know what’s coming!
Waitlist
If the class you want is full, don’t worry, join the waitlist directly through the app. If a spot opens up, you’ll be automatically notified by text message and you will be added to the class. Waitlists move quickly, so keep an eye on your notifications.
Cancelation
We completely understand that schedules change, but please be mindful of our cancellation window.
• Cancel 12 hours or more before class:
No penalty.
• Cancel within 12 hours of class:
$25 late cancellation fee + loss of class credit.
• No-shows:
$25 fee + loss of class credit.
• Members:
Late cancellations or no-shows are subject to a $15 fee + loss of class credit.
